        exception of the following tropical Indo-West Pacific species which
        occur rarely in northern NSW.

            cadaverosum (Reeve, 1844). Indo-West Pacific to Wooli, NSW.  
          - 
            
Vexillum
            obeliscus (Reeve, 1844). Indo-West Pacific. Know from NSW by one
            specimen only, dredged from Sydney Harbour, probably sub-fossil.
            This was named Mitropifex quasillus (Iredale, 1929).

            patriachalis (Gmelin, 1791). Indo-West Pacific to Woolgoolga,
            NSW.
